SAB finishes today

I am going to miss HAPPY MOMENTS from SAB the most, it was the only set I used and boy did it get "thrashed", the poor set is so worn out that lucky for it today is retirement day!  Goodbye Happy Moments you served me well!  Below are just a few of the cards that i made with it and most of these were recreated in a workshop setting.
Happy retirement Happy Moments!

and a couple of non SAB cards showcasing the delightful Sweet Treat Cups(new in the Summer mini and still available in the Autumn/Winter mini) and Butterfly Punch(which is only available till the end of today). Also just realised that the easel card is my favourite card type to make, time to expand me repertoire and try something new.
Have a great day, Amanda

Swap Sisters Recycle Challenge

Welcome to my blog and my first post.  Last week or maybe the week before my new friend and fellow SU Demo Megan McDonald invited me to join Swap Sisters and since that day I have completed two of the challenges issues by their fantastic creative team which has lead me to the land of BLOG because to participate one needs a BLOG for MR Linky(yup all new and weird lingo added to my vocab and honestly I will probably muck up or get in trouble but I see it as a very steep learning curve that may also be a passing FAD! haha), anyways I saw the recycle challenge and i had this DYMO case floating around in my bag as i needed to buy a replacement and for some strange reason it said to me "Recycle Me" so I have I made it into a ribbon dispenser and I will give it to a lucky hostess!
BEFORE
AFTER

I used the basic gray designer paper that is a Level 1 hostess gift, so saffron and certainly celery ribbon which is now retired, dimensionals, sticky strips and a non regulation silver flower brad.

Now that I have finished it I think it looks like a tape measure. LOL

Thanks for looking, have a great day!  Amanda
